Service Overview

Spirio Service

Because of the unique accuracy of the SPIRIO system, it is essential that each instrument receive the same degree of technical preparation given to any Steinway piano destined for the concert stage. Only through concert -level preparation and continued maintenance will the Spirio be capable of reproducing the full range of power and nuance captured in the performances of its continually updating library.

For Steinway grand piano action preparation & regulation steps, follow the procedures outlined in the Steinway Technical Reference Guide, available through the Steinway Parts Department.

Complimentary Service Visits

The purchase of a Steinway Spirio comes with 4 complimentary service visits within the first year of purchase. After the first year, we recommend that the piano be serviced three (3) times per year, depending on usage and environment.
